NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to an Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Miami Dade County, Florida, on the 24th day of March A.D., 2016 in the cause wherein Violeta Gomez and Crestmark Ltd., etc., was plaintiff(s), and Efrain Gonzalez, Ana I. Gonzalez, Rolf D. Johnson, Maria V. Johnson, and Florida Tax Deeds, Inc., etc., was defendant(s), being Case No. 02-31038-CA in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Rolf D. Johnson aka Rolf Dieter Johnson, etc., in and to the following described property to wit:
