NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2016, and entered in 13-011154-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-15 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-15 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES, GRANTEES, LIENORS, AND OTHER PARTIES TAKING AN INTEREST UNDER GREGORY YAROSH; NATALIE ANN DION A/K/A NATLIE YAROSH A/K./A NATALIE ANN YAROSH; JONATHAN DANIEL YAROSH; PHILLIP JAMES YAROSH are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
