NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 01, 2016, and entered in 14-006024-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-1 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and COUNTRY GROVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR PINELLAS COUNTY FL; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERES BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF RICARDO A. MOORE, DECEASED are the Defendant(s).
