NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-003447-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HARBOUR WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ASIMINA BEGETIS, et al. are the Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 132, POINT ALEXIS NORTH PHASE III, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 102, Pages 72 through 78 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Parcel Identification No.: 03-27-15-72390-000-1320.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash at the online website www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of June, 2016, any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
