Notice is hereby given to JOHN DOE, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LYDIA PEREZ, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LYDIA PEREZ, DECEASED, WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, that an action to foreclose on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 11 AND 12, BLOCK A, BOULEVARD HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 111 S. SAN REMO AVENUE, CLEARWATER, FL 33755.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tompkins A. Foster, Esquire, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is, 121 S. Orange Avenue, Suite 1420, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 5-31-, 2016 30 days from the first date of publication and file the original with the clerk of the court either before service on the Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
