NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No.: 15-002962-CI-19, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA MANAGEMENT GROUP OF TAMPA, INC., a Florida corporation , is the Plaintiff, and, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, JUDGMENT CREDITORS AND OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST BARBARA BRISTER, a/k/a BARBARA WRIGHT BRISTER, a/k/a BARBARA JEAN BRISTER, DECEASED; DARRYL ALLEN WARREN; GILDA FAYE WRIGHT McELROY; and ACCIDENT CLEANER'S INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online foreclosure sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on June 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 10, Block 1, TANGERINE TERRACE ANNEX, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
