NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 19th day of April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003746-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDRES OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and SERGE MIHAILITCHENKO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SERGE MIHAILITCHENKO; ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of June, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
