NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Sale and Certificate of Sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 2014CA016824XXXXXX in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2004-11 was the Plaintiff and THOMAS W. RUCH & KAREN L. RUCH, et al, are Defendant(s). The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A on JUNE 6, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Consent In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
