NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2016 in Civil Case No. 48-2015-CA-009229-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is Plaintiff and BERTHOT JEAN, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25TH day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 200 feet of the West 880 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 21 South, Range 28 East, less that part lying South of Clarcona-Ocoee Road, and the East 200 feet of the South 60 feet of the West 880 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 21 South, Range 28 East, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, less road right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
