NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-014028-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Clareus Bon; Unknown Spouse Of Clareus Bon; Wilson Pierre; Unknown Spouse Of Wilson Pierre; Unknown Tenant(S) In Possession Of The Property N/K/A Jean Merilus; Unknown Tenant(S) In Possession Of The Property N/K/A Jean Merilus; Marinosci Law Group, P.C.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 24th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
