NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an order on Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale, dated April 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-019040-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and J. Franklin Sands; Unknown Spouse of J. Franklin Sands; Sharon P. Sands; Unknown Spouse of Sharon P. Sands; if Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Spring Lake Homeowners' Association, Inc. ; Whether Dissolved or Presently Existing, Together with any Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, or Trustee if said Defendant(s) and All Other Persons Claiming By, Through, Under or Against Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 25th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 46, SPRING LAKE FOREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 117, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF THAT PORTION OF TEXAS AVENUE WHICH HAS BEEN ABANDONED AND WHICH ADJOINS SAID LOT 46
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
