NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002524 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Steve Sass a/k/a Steven Sass a/k/a Steven E. Sass Eileen Ojeda; and South Gulf Cove Homeowner's Association, Inc. Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
