NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 12, 2010 in Civil Case No. 10-000030-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DARLENE GARDNER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 24 day of August, 2016 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 1160, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 30, a subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 23A through 23F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
