NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002305 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Federal National Mortgage Association, is the Plaintiff and Dennis W. Ziegler, Marilyn A. Ziegler, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24, OF SEMINOLE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
