NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014CA005189AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER L. BOWERS; KALENA BOWERS; GILLETTE GROVE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, GILLETTE GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 145 THROUGH 150 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
