UNIT 112, BUILDING 11, WESTBAY POINT & MOORINGS II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 884, PAGE 804 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 886, PAGE 146, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 8, PAGES 24 THROUGH 26, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AMENDMENT IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 99 THROUGH 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to file a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles P. Gufford, McCalla Raymer Pierce, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 155, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court within 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
