Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the In REM Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 24, 2016, and the Order on Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered on June 17, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 36 OF GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65-77, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on August 22, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
