ESCOBAR; MARONDA HOMES, INC. OF FLORIDA; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE SEVEN ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A REINALDO CARRERA are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 29, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
