NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 53-2015-CA-002708-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Jorge Rosales a/k/a Gorge Rosales; Maricela Rosales; The Unknown Spouse of Jorge Rosales a/k/a Gorge Rosales; The Unknown Spouse of Maricela Rosales; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming by, through, under, and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not know to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; The Reserve Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Harper Enterprises, Inc.; Polaris Mortgage Investment Corporation f/k/a Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corporation, a Dissolved Corporation; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, MEADOW RIDGE ESTATES PHASE I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A CERTAIN 1997 COUGAR TRIPLE-WIDE MOBILE HOME LOCATED THEREON AS A FIXTURE AND APPURTENANCE THERETO: VIN# GMHGA3129715746A, GMHGA3129715746B AND GMHGA3129715746C
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
