NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA002146000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Securitized Asset Backed Receivables LLC Trust 2006-OP1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OP1 is the Plaintiff and Evadne Lawson aka Evadne S. Lawson; Kenward Lawson aka Kenward A. Lawson; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Poinciana Village Three Association, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA; United States of America, Department of the Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 27th day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 754, POINCIANA NEIGHBORHOOD 5 NORTH, VILLAGE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 27 THROUGH 42, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
