YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit A-23-A of WINDSOR WEST CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1360, page 2211, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
A/K/A - 3706 Broadway, #33, Fort Myers, FL 33901,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, on David D. Rottmann, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 136 East Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
