NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2016 in Case No. 16-CA-001821 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and NANCY MIXON, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on August 31, 2016. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 17-2, PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 949, PAGE 714, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 3309 ROYAL CANADIAN TRACE, # 2, FORT MYERS, FL 33907.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
