JAMES M. MERRINS, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JAMES M. MERRINS, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES M. MERRINS, STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE
COMPANY and THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 25 day of July, 2016, and entered in case No. 15-CA-002160 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein MIRAMAR APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, INC., is the Plaintiff and JAMES M. MERRINS and STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 25 day of August, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment 208, MIRAMAR APARTMENTS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 242 at Page 625, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
