NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated July 25, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-052836, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE5 is the Plaintiff and GAIL FEDORA-HINES, AND ROBERT G. HINES, et al are defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County online public auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on September 26, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
