NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003919CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, NA, successor trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee, f/b/o the registered holders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2007-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and Gladyce M. Stoner, Peachtree At Fox Hollow Homeowner's Association, Inc., Trinity Communities Master Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Jeanette Robinson, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
