Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 27, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale and Disbursing Sale Deposit to the Plaintiff Pursuant to Section 45.031 (2) FL. Statutes entered on July 18, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the office of Paula S. O`Neil - AES, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
