NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-1766-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-31 CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-31CB is Plaintiff and FERGUSON, PATRICK, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 15, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final judgment for Foreclosure In REM, to-wit:
LOT 416, OF CIELO AT THE CHAMPIONS' CLUB, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 21 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
