A Public Hearing will be held pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, to consider a petition to vacate the County's interest in portions of a platted drainage and utility easement located along the east and west sides of Lot 512, within the Plat of Kensington Park, Unit 4 Subdivision, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Information and/or plans are available for public inspection at the Real Estate Services Office, located at 1660 Ringling Boulevard, 2nd Floor.
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. Written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered. The public hearing may be continued as announced at the hearing. The following time limits for speaker presentations are in effect, pursuant to County Resolution No. 91-22:
20 minutes for petitioner presentation
5 minutes for citizen comments per speaker
5 minutes for petitioner rebuttal
The Chairman may modify time limits to ensure due process to all participants.
