The Plenary Co-Guardians, Suzanne Wernicke and Lana Kepler, P.O. Box 1704, Sarasota, Florida 34230, have filed their Final Report and Final Accounting in RE: The Guardianship of PATRICIA CORNELIUS, Incapacitated, File Number 2015 GA 002893 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, Florida 34230. The name and address of the attorney for the Guardian is set forth below.
The Plenary Co-Guardians have filed a Petition for Discharge on the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward in this matter on or about July 29, 2016 and jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the State of Indiana, in the Circuit Court for Steuben County. The foreign guardian's name and address is Laura A. Brady, 300 N. Terrace Ridge, Apt. 415, Angola, IN 46703 and the name and address of the foreign guardian's attorney is James W. Burns, 213 W. Maumee Street, Angola, IN 46703.
Persons having an Objection to the Termination of the Guardianship in this State are required to file with the Clerk of the above Court within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice upon you or the date of first publication of this Notice, any objections to the Final Report and Accounting and Petition for Discharge, and to serve a copy thereof on petitioner's attorney, whose name and address are set forth below, on the foreign guardian's attorney, whose name and address are set forth in this Notice, and on any other interested persons.
Any objection must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served on the guardian and other interested persons within 90 days after the objection is filed.
