NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008967 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and David Schultz, Fishawk Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., Sharla Schultz also known as Sharla Anderson Schultz, Starling Fishhawk Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 25th of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
