LOT 63 BLOCK 1, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 10, PHASES 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 78 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12910 FENNWAY RIDGE DR, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on August 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
