NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-003447 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A is the Plaintiff and BRENDA F. BRYAN A/K/A BRENDA F. GOFF BRYAN A/K/A BRENDA GOFF, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE EVELYN J. GOFF FAMILY TRUST U/A/D 1/30/2002; BRENDA F. BRYAN A/K/A BRENDA F. GOFF BRYAN A/K/A BRENDA GOFF; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
