Brower, Sr., Beneficial Florida, Inc., Unknown Spouse of Brian C. Brower Sr., Unknown Tenant, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
