NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of July, 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 13-CA-00414, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

From the Southwest corner of the aforementioned Lot 20; thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 39 seconds East, 742.80 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 39 seconds West 170.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds East 109.58 feet to a point which bears South 00 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds West 15.00 feet from the Northerly line of the aforementioned Lot 20; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds East, 128.00 feet; thence South 80 degrees 20 minutes 03 seconds East, 137.15 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the arc of a curve concave to the Southeasterly and having a radius of 284.02 feet; 115.80 feet (C.B. South 48 degrees 30 minutes 34 seconds West, 115.00 feet to the P.T.); thence South 36 degrees 49 minutes 45 seconds West 12.40 feet to the Point of Beginning.
