NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 26, 2016, in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Circuit Court, will sell the following property, situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1 OF LAKE VENICE SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGE(S) 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property address: 5101 VENETIAN BOULEVARD NE, ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA 33703
The Clerk of this Circuit Court will sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on Friday, September 9, 2016, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
