NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 15 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-001612-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Benefit Of The Certificateholders Of The Cwabs Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-3, is the Plaintiff and HOA Problem Solutions, Inc., an Inactive Florida Corporation, as Trustee of the 2647 Sequoia Terrace Land Trust, Household Finance Corporation III, Laurel Oaks at Country Woods Condominium Association, Inc., Stephen Watterson, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 2647 Sequoia Terrace Land Trust, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
