NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-001605 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Merrill Lynch Mortgage Investors, Inc., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, MANA Series 2007-OAR4, is the Plaintiff and Daniel P. Sledd aka Daniel Sledd, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th of August, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
