NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 11-012151-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and DANIEL J. MONTRONE; TRICIA A. MONTRONE; ET AL, are defendants. Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this September 16th, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
