Unit 306, GULF SHORES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded per Official Records Book 953, pages 1548 thru 1594, inclusive, amended in Official Records Book 1290, ages 1190 and 1191, amended in Official Records Book 1363, pages 572 thru 581, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 5, pages 21, 21 A, 2IB, 21C and 2ID, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
