NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-005724-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. Live Well Financial Inc., Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND ALL PERSONS, FIRMS, OR ASSOCIATIONS CLAIMING RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST FROM OR UNDER DAVID V. RIESTER A/K/A DAVID VINCENT RIESTER; ET AL, are defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this September 20th, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
