NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2016, and entered in Civil Action Number 16-000758-CA in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein EILEEN M. RINEHAMMER is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER HERNANDEZ and DANA MARIE HERNANDEZ are the Defendants.
I WILL SELL to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11 a.m. on September 1, 2016 at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 804, 805, 806 and 807, SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS, 3rd Addition, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 96A through 96F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
