Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 2, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4479, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 51A TO 51P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 15476 ALSACE CIRCLE, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33981; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on August 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
