and commonly known as: 10146 STONECROP AVENUE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34224; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on August 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
