NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10004062CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAVID KNAPP; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 8th day of September, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19, Block 668, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION TWENTY THREE, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A through 2841, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
