NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 24th day of May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2013CA000924AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS LLC SOLEY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST, is the Plaintiff and RUTH D. HESS AS TRUSTEEE OF THE FREDERICK A. HESS INTER VIVOS TRUST CREATED BY THE DECLARATION SEPTEMBER 5, 2001; RUTH D. HESS; SUSAN STREET; SHERYL HESS; UNKNOWN TENANT# 1, UNKNOWN TENANT# 2; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF FREDERICK A. HESS, DECEASED, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 21st day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, AND THE NORTH FIVE FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK 7, FAIRVIEW PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 188, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
