NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CC-0430 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff and RONALD CUNIGAN; JOYCE CUNIGAN and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 now known as ANDREW PALATTA, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 4 day of October, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment D-22 Bayshore Gardens Condominium Apartments, Section 2, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 225, Pages 107, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements; A/K/A: 5927 Todd St. , Unit D22, Bradenton 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
