NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on June 7th, 2016. in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, SHORELANDS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7512 2ND Ave NW, Bradenton, FL 34209
Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 7th day of October, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
