NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 3, 2016, in case number 2015 CA 6011, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein THE FLOYD C. JOHNSON AND FLO SINGER JOHNSON FOUNDATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and B & B INVESTMENTS GROUP, LLC, JAIME A. BARON, KAREN M. DEBARON, and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sale conducted via internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 6th day of September, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Manatee County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the intersection of a public road from Tampa to the Manatee River with the 60 foot lane extending from said Tampa Road East to rear of Mansion House on the Patten Estate; thence North 196 feet for a beginning; thence North 100 feet to the land of Brown; East 148 feet; South 100 feet; West 148 feet to the Point of Beginning. Being and lying in Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 18 East, Manatee County, Florida, as recorded in Deed Book 345, Page 550, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
