NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 11, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 3, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA002291 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and WILLIAM CHONG; FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION;, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 4th day of October, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, BLOCK “G”, BALLENTINE MANOR ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 136, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF VACATED STREET AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1449 PAGE 2985, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
