NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 4th day of August, 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 2013 CA 000556, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on December 6, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
The West 85 Feet of Lot 3, Block A, of J.R. ETTERS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 201, less the South 90 Feet thereof of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
